Good coffee starts with good beans! Traditional drum roasting is not only bad for our planet, but the gas-powered process leaves a bitter taste, as drum roasting burns the coffee bean’s outer layer. As a result of the chaff being removed from the bean during air roasting, there is a significant improvement in taste. Kribi Coffee’s innovation is electric air roasting: this process removes the coffee beans’ outer layer without burning it. Besides the delicious flavor explosion, electric-powered technology is better for our planet!
